About me

Hi, I’m Regina - a Level 4 Personal Trainer and Level 5 Performance Enhancement Specialist with over 5 years of experience coaching people in person and online.

 

I work with beginners and athletes - including runners, powerlifters, and Hyrox competitors - who want to improve their fitness, train with purpose, and progress safely. Whether you’re starting out or aiming for your next goal, I provide structure, clear guidance, and support that meets you exactly where you are.

 

Over the years, I’ve coached clients to their very first Hyrox and powerlifting competitions, even without any prior experience and helped one client qualify for the British Masters Powerlifting competition.

 

 

My Story

Sport has always been a big part of my life. I’ve competed at national level in track and field, and I have a strong background in Olympic weightlifting, CrossFit, and Hyrox training, both as an athlete and as a coach.


But! … my journey into strength training didn’t start confidently.

I didn’t touch weights until I was 20 because I believed the common myth that I would get “too muscular”. Within weeks of resistance training, everything changed. I felt stronger, more energised, happier, and more confident - not just in the gym, but in everyday life. That experience is what shaped the coach I am today. I became a coach to help others feel that same shift - without fear, confusion, or guesswork. Since then, I’ve continued to deepen my knowledge of training, coaching, nutrition, and lifestyle so I can support my clients properly, not just push them harder.

I believe fitness is not one-size-fits-all. Working with me means a personalised, supportive approach where you’ll:

  • build strength and aerobic fitness consistently without burning out

 

Together, we’ll focus on your goals and create a clear, realistic path to get there.

My aim isn’t just to help you get fitter - it’s to help you feel capable, confident, and in control of your training, and to build a genuine, long-term relationship with fitness that goes far beyond the gym.

Gym

This is How You Can Work With Me

I offer three ways to work with me, depending on your goals, experience, and lifestyle.
Every option is designed to provide structure, guidance, and support so you can progress safely and confidently.

​In-person personal training​

​​​​​

One-to-one coaching with hands-on guidance and real-time feedback. Perfect if you’re new to the gym, want accountability, or value personalised, face-to-face support.

What’s included:

  • Initial 40-minute consultation to discuss your goals, experience, and any questions

  • Fully personalised sessions

  • Real-time coaching and technique correction

  • Motivation, accountability, and support in-person

  • Guidance on exercises, machines, and free weights

Location: Chalk & Steel Gym, Lowton - No gym entry fee with your sessions

Pricing:

  • 1 session per week — £165 / month

  • 2 sessions per week — £329 / month

​​Online Coaching

​

Train anywhere with structured programming and full support from me behind the scenes. Ideal if you’re comfortable training independently but want clarity, progression, and guidance.

What’s included:

  • Initial 40-minute consultation to discuss your goals, experience, and any questions

  • Weekly training programme tailored to your goals

  • Feedback on your training and adjustments to your programme

  • Monthly coaching calls to discuss progress and challenges

  • Full-time access via the Coach Rx app

  • Optional guidance on nutrition and lifestyle

Pricing:

  • £149 / month

​Hybrid Coaching

​

A mix of online coaching with regular in-person sessions. This option gives you flexibility, independence, and in-person guidance to keep you progressing confidently.

What’s included:

  • Initial 40-minute consultation to discuss your goals, experience, and any questions

  • Full online coaching programme

  • In-person training sessions at Chalk & Steel Gym in Lowton

  • No additional gym entry fee with your personal training sessions

  • Programme adjustments based on progress and goals

Pricing:

  • 2 in-person sessions per month — £199 / month

  • 3 in-person sessions per month — £239 / month
